Norwood Holdings, LLC will issue a full refund if the prospective student contacts us by phone or email and requests a cancellation at least five days before the first day of class. If a student contacts by phone or email requesting a deposit refund within the five days before the beginning of class, no refund will be granted. If a student attends class for some or all days but does not earn their certificate of completion, no refund will be granted. Attending class for the entirety of the scheduled 42 hours is required. In the event of a class cancellation on the part of Norwood Holdings, LLC, full refunds will be issued to all students.
It is the student’s responsibility to confirm their Class “D” license eligibility with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If a student is unable to obtain their Class “D” license after class completion for a reason unrelated to Norwood Holdings, LLC’s Class “D” license course, Norwood Holdings, LLC will be unable to grant the student a tuition refund.
